Our Clinical Nutrition Service provides comprehensive nutritional care for a diverse range of patients, including those needing weight management, specialized nutrition support, pediatric patients, and individuals with diabetes. Clinical nutrition specialists are an integral part of the multidisciplinary care team, actively participating in patient rounds with the medical team and collaborating closely with other healthcare providers to develop evidence-based, personalized nutrition care plans.                   

We offer a wide array of services for both inpatients and outpatients, addressing each patient’s unique nutritional needs through a holistic, individualized approach. For patients identified as being at nutritional risk, our clinical nutrition specialists conduct a thorough assessment that gathers information on dietary history, relevant medical history, lab results, past and current medical conditions, anthropometric measurements (such as weight, height, and more), and nutrition-focused physical findings. This standardized and innovative evaluation process ensures that every patient receives a customized care plan tailored to their unique health and wellness goals.
