Ganzouri Specialized Hospital has established the international patient department since 2006. The international patient department is supplied with a highly qualified team and with highly qualified medical practitioners, including physicians, surgeons and professors. All of our staff is patient oriented.. The international patient department mission is to compete internationally. Therefore we are working on international accreditation system. The Steps Taken To Conduct Medical Services for Foreign Patients
1- The hospital is contacted via the e-mail of the foreign patients department

2- He must send all the previous medical reports of the patient and attach the names of the medicines he took or is taking
3- The hospital sends the treatment plan (medical report), the required tests, the approximate cost (in dollars) and the approximate length of stay for the patient in the hospital.
Compulsory examinations are made for foreign patients (HIV/AID, HAV, HBV, HCV)
4- We must be informed by the patient’s arrival time at least 72 hours
5- After the company’s approval, an appointment is set for the patient.
6- Payment method:
– Cash by the patient, 20% of the invoice value is transferred before the patient arrives at the hospital’s account.
7- We provide meet and assist at the airport upon request
8-We help in arranging accommodation Accommodation is provided to the foreign patient in one of the hotels located in Cairo and close to the hospital.
9- When the patient arrives at the hospital, he must submit all the medical reports and previous examinations that were carried out before his arrival at the hospital to the competent consultant. Or to be done in their country before their arrival
10- The hospital does not accept cases of mental illness, infectious diseases and open tuberculosis, which need private hospitals.
11-Open heart operations and organ transplantation are not performed in the hospital.
